Entry is open to any person residing in South Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 4:30pm (ACST) on 16 April 2025 and closes at 2:00pm (ACST) 14 May 2025. (“Promotional Period”).
The competition will be promoted on the Summit Aquatic and Leisure website on Facebook, Instagram and through Meta Ads as well as across Mount Barker District Council digital channels.
To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit the Promoter’s website and enter the required details into the competition form or fill out their details in the Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement.
Individuals can only enter the competition once.
All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.
All entries will also join the Summit Aquatic and Leisure mailing list subscription by completing the competition entry form via the advertisement.
Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta. By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to:
entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or
entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
The draw will take place by 30 June 2025 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063), 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia.
The winner will be notified by phone call or in writing (email) within two (2) working days of the draw date and the winner has five (5) working days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.
Prize:
Draw 1 prize includes a Full Access membership, valid from venue opening in August 2025 for a 6 month period.
Draw 2 prize includes a GOswim Swimming and Water Safety membership, valid from venue opening in August 2025 for a 6 month period.
If the winner/s purchase a membership prior to the competition draw, the membership will be adjusted to redeem the Prize.
The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another name and is subject to Summit Aquatic and Leisure Membership Terms and Conditions and Standard 30 days cancellation notice period applies. Standard suspension fees apply.
Please note, the Membership prize and facility access will not be available until Summit Aquatic and Leisure officially opens to the public. Facility management will provide updates about the official opening date as construction progresses, and the winner will be notified via email or phone call.
