Managing your membership with us is easy via our Active World membership app. See our handy resources and how-to guides below to manage your gym, swim or GOswim membership.

Enrol via our app
Everyone’s GOswim journey is powered by innovative technology. Enrol in lessons via our Active World app. Follow the steps below:
Download the Active World app
Create an accoun
Tap Book Weekly Lesson from the home screen
Add each student you wish to enrol, if not yourself. Then simply follow the prompts to find a lesson and time that suits you.

The Active World app was specifically designed to improve communication and interaction between our GOswim team and students, parents/carers.
Your self-managed personal portal will enable you to:
View upcoming classes
Book new classes
Track learning pathways, skill achievement and progression
Receive digital awards for effort, teamwork, perseverance and having FUN!
Send and receive messages to the Centre staff
Manage personal and billing details
Change my Class
We understand that schedules change, you can change your GOswim lesson time and/or day within our app.
See all the steps in our guide below bto change your lesson. Lesson changes are based on availability.
If the student is progressing to a new GOswim level please speak to our team in centre to help you out.
Validate My Concession Membership
If you hold a concession rate membership, you will need to present your valid government issued concession card to our reception team or upload to your account via our Active World app. See below for app instructions.
In Australia, valid government concession cards include the Pensioner Concession Card (PCC), the Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC), and various Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) cards.
Suspend my Membership
Heading on holidays or looking to just take a break, suspending your membership is easy via our Active World membership app. See the how to steps in our guide below.
Suspension conditions: All memberships can be placed on suspension for $5 per week for a minimum 2 weeks and a maximum 6 weeks per year. At least 1 days notice is required.
If you are suspending your membership due to medical reasons, please submit a Medical Suspension Request form and attach your Medical Certificate for our staff to help you place your membership on hold for $0.
Cancel my Membership
We are sorry to see you are looking to cancel your direct debit membership with us at Summit Aquatic and Leisure.
We have removed the hurdles to cancelling your membership, simply fill out the Cancellation Request Form below.
Cancellation conditions: A 30 days notice period is required on all memberships. You will continue to have access to our venue until your 30 days have ended.
