Foundation Membership Terms and Conditions
- Offer valid until 11:59PM on date of centre opening in August (exact date to be announced).
- This promotion is valid for Premium and Full Access memberships only.
- Offer includes $0 joining fee at a saving of $60.
- Offer includes member merch pack, including tote bag, water bottle and gym towel (valued up to $70).
- Reformer socks are also included in the Premium member merch pack for Foundation 1 and Foundation 2 offers (while stocks last).
- Merch packs will be claimable upon first visit to Summit Aquatic and Leisure.
- Foundation 1 First Look event dates and times to be announced via email closer to opening date.
- Offer can only be used/purchased once per person.
- All new members must enter into a new direct debit agreement to take advantage of the offer.
- First membership payment will be deducted on the first Thursday after centre opening date (to be announced).
- Cannot be transferred to another member.
- 30 days’ notice must be given to cancel.
- Standard suspension conditions apply.
- Offer excludes personal training and exercise physiology.
- Member must present concession ID on first visit to centre to validate membership (concession only).
- Age restrictions are based on local regulation.
- This is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
