Women’s Health Week 2026

Women’s Health Week is Australia’s largest week dedicated to women’s health and wellbeing.

This year’s theme, Do It Anyway, encourages women to take small, realistic steps towards better health, even when life feels busy.

This year’s theme recognises that life is often busy and many women put their own health last. Women’s Health Week encourages women to take small, achievable actions for their wellbeing, even when it feels difficult to prioritise themselves.

Many women juggle work, family and everyday responsibilities. Women’s Health Week is a reminder to make time for yourself and prioritise the things that support your health and wellbeing.

Throughout the week, the campaign focuses on five key areas of wellbeing: Fuel, Move, Rest, Breathe and Connect. Whether it’s nourishing your body, being active, getting quality sleep, supporting your mental wellbeing or connecting with others, every small action can make a difference.

The message is simple: your health matters. Start where you are, take one small step and Do It Anyway.

This Women’s Health Week, consider taking one small step towards better wellbeing.
